Carol Nesheim

Carol M. Nesheim, 67, of Larimore, ND passed away on Friday, November 9, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family. Carol had fought a hard battle with cancer for the past 2 years.

Carol Marie Delaney was born July 28, 1945 in Grand Forks, ND, the daughter of Clarence and Cora (Moen) Delaney. She graduated from Larimore High School in 1963. She married Russell Nesheim on June 1, 1974. The couple made their home in Larimore. For the past 12 years, she was employed at Wood Products in Grand Forks.

Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and niece. She was a wonderful caregiver to her mother, Cora, and her special aunt, Agnes for many years. She enjoyed making her home cozy, spent many hours gardening and made the best lefse.

Carol is survived by her husband, Russell; daughter, Lisa (Phil) Escarraz of Grand Forks; son, Scott Nesheim of Grand Forks; granddaughter, Ashly Marie Escarraz; grandson, Mason Scott Nesheim; sisters, Janet (Terry Hecox) Delaney of Sandpoint, ID, Eileen (Rob) Boobar of Lincoln, CA, Donna (Thomas) Alt of Wayzata, MN; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her special aunt, Agnes C. Moen.

Memorial service will be at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Larimore, Tuesday, November 13 at 2 PM.
