Donna Wooster

Donna Ann Wooster (Flanigan) age 85, of Larimore, ND, passed away peacefully on 16 July 2026 at Valley Senior Living, Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Born on 21 September 1940 in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania to the late Donald and Christine Flanigan, Donna graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1958 and went on to have a fulfilling career as a dedicated mother, factory worker, Certified Nursing Assistant, military spouse, and a retail manager in various military branch exchanges.

Beyond her career, Donna had a deep passion for cooking, baking, reading and traveling to visit family and friends. She was well known for baking over fifty dozen cookies at Christmas time for family and neighbors to enjoy. Donna was also known by all for her warm smile, generous spirit, and infectious personality. She treasured her time as a Navy spouse and enjoyed her time traveling abroad. She especially enjoyed her time in Spain and Gaum.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald Wooster, daughter, Shari Lynn Wooster, granddaughter, Angela Garcia and seven brother and sisters. She is survived by her sons Jon Saiers (Brenda) and Robert Saiers Jr. She was also blessed with 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren whom she greatly cherished.

A funeral service will be held on (date and time to be determined) at the Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi Mississippi. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Valley Senior Living Foundation.
