Eunice Rosenberg

My mother Eunice Colleen Rosenberg passed away September 26,2022 at the age of 74 She was surrounded by loved ones when she passed and gained her angel wings. She was very loved and will be missed. If you would like to pay your respects, you are welcome to attend the memorial service we are holding in her honor at Bakke Funeral Home in Larimore, ND on October 12, 2022 at 10 a.m.

Eunice Colleen Rosenberg gained her angel wings on September 26, 2022, at the age of 74 surrounded by loved ones at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.

Eunice was born December 8, 1947, in Northwood to Alfred and Estelle Rosenberg. She Graduated Larimore High School in 1966, attended Aakers Business College 1967 and again 1995 and received a degree in accounting.

Eunice had worked several different jobs during her lifetime. She worked for ND School for the blind-special ed driver, Good Sam as a CNA, Airport Parking Attendant, accounting at a furniture store. She retired in 1997 due to some medical issues.

Her interests included traveling to California, and southern Minnesota mostly. She loved to visit family as much as visiting the gravestones. Her one passion was her family history everyone asked her how far back she had gotten in her genealogy. The answer to the question is the 1700’s. She remembered everyone’s birthdays and anniversary’s and would call the person on their special day to wish them well.

Eunice also devoted her time and energy being a wonderful mother to her daughter and an awesome grandma to her three grandsons. Her charm and spunkiness brought a smile to everyone at any given moment. She was a bright light at anyone’s tunnel. She would lend a helping hand to those in need and had many honoree daughters, sons, and grand children and she loved them as her own.

Eunice is survived by her daughter Jennie (Michael) Johnson, grandsons Scott Rosenberg, Alexander Johnson, and Christopher Johnson all from Crookston, MN. Aunt Deloris Lee of Sacramento CA, many cousins and close friends that are considered family.

Funeral Services for Eunice will be conducted on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 10 a.m. in the Bakke Funeral Home in Larimore, ND with burial to follow at Bellevue Cemetery.
