Frances "Fran" Landeis

Frances Marie Landeis, age 85, of Larimore, ND passed away on October 12th at the Larimore Good Samaritan Nursing Home. She was born on February 21, 1941 to Edward and Esther Bommersbach. Fran attended Larimore School with the class of 1959 and married Joseph Landeis on September 9, 1960. They settled in Larimore, opening Landeis TV & Appliance and raised their two children. Fran enjoyed gardening, reading, canning, baking, and crafting along with camping and fishing at Devils Lake.

Fran is survived by her husband Joseph, sister Catherine (Gene) Neal of Minot, ND, daughter Lana (Drew) Hunsberger of Cass Lake, MN and son Joseph (Angie) Landeis of Larimore, ND. Grandchildren Jaden (Lincoln) Ryan, Nash Landeis, Jordan Hunsberger, Tysen Landeis, one great-granddaughter Navy Ryan and several nieces & nephews.

A private family service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 17th at Bakke Funeral Home.
