Grace Berdahl

Grace Berdahl, age 92, of Park River, ND, and formerly of Fordville, ND, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Society-Park River.
Grace was born January 1, 1921 at Conway, ND, the daughter of Edward and Katherine (Murray) Meagher. She was raised and grew to womanhood in the Fordville-Conway area. She received her public education at rural Conway. Grace married Erwin Berdahl on November 10, 1949 at Pisek, ND. Grace worked for the Fordville Grain in Fordville for many years.
Surviving members of her family include her children: Kay Kreklau, Drayton; Edward (Rosemary) Berdahl, Horace and Rose Iverson, Grand Forks; Grandchildren: Christopher Kreklau, Nicole Larson, Leah (Tim) Ososki, Jeremy (Nicole) Linstad, Jason Iverson, Jennifer Iverson, Joni Nelson and Jessica Iverson; Great Grandchildren: Alexis Kreklau, Trevor Kreklau, Paxton Kreklau, Morgan Linstad, Riley Linstad, Kendal Linstad, Mason Nelson, Garrett Nelson, Chloe Nelson, Hannah Nelson, Ryder Newman and Angel Newman; Sister: Irene Alme, Shelby, MT.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son-in-law: Mark Kreklau; grandchildren: Tonia Kreklau, Joshua Iverson; great granddaughter: Addison Grace Kreklau; brothers: Wallace and George; and sisters: Agnes and Rose.


MEMORIAL MASS: Monday, November 4, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Park River, ND

VISITATION: One hour prior to the service in the church Monday.

BURIAL: St. Mark’s Catholic Cemetery, Conway, ND.
