Jacqueline "Jackie" Farrell

Jacqueline “Jackie” Farrell, age 52, of Larimore, ND, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at her home.

Jacqueline was born November 5, 1962 in Grand Forks, ND, the daughter of Eugene and Bonnie (Dunnigan) Farrell. She was raised and grew to womanhood on a farm near Larimore. Jackie graduated from Larimore High School and attended Aaker’s Business College.

Jackie was employed by the UND Alumni Association and Foundation; Melby’s Food Pride and Paul’s Petromax during her life. She loved working at Paul’s Petromax, and often commented it was her favorite place to work because she enjoyed chatting with the patrons. She was a lifelong resident of Larimore.

Jackie had a contagious laugh and quick wit that will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was kind and compassionate about her friends and family.

A single woman, she is survived by her mother: Bonnie, Larimore; sister: Jeannie (David) Tvedt, Larimore, niece Kelli Tvedt, Mayville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father: Eugene; paternal grandparents: Lee and Catherine Farrell, and maternal grandparents: Charles and Mary Dunnigan.

MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 9, 2015 at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Larimore.

VISITATION: Sunday, November 8 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. with a 5 p.m. prayer service held in the Bakke Funeral Home of Larimore. Visitation will also be held for one hour prior to the funeral in the church Monday.

RITE OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Bellevue Cemetery, Larimore.
