Magdalena "Maggie" Moser

Magdalena “Maggie” Moser, age 96, of Grand Forks, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Woodside Village 4000 Valley Square.

Maggie was born October 14, 1922 at Blue Grass, ND, the daughter of Sebastian and Rose (Kuntz) Emineth.  She was raised and grew to womanhood in the Bisbane  and Leith, ND area where she also attended rural public school.

Maggie married Herbert Moser on September 5, 1948 at Denhoff, ND.  After their marriage they lived in Bismarck where she worked for the Patterson Hotel.  In 1959 the couple moved to Larimore.  She was employed as a nurses aid at Northwood Deaconess Home, was a waitress at the Larimore Improvement and also worked part time at the Larimore Senior Center.  Mr. Moser preceded her in death on July 6, 1996.  Maggie moved to Wheatland Terrace Assisted Living in Grand Forks in September, 2009.  In October, 2014 she became a resident of Woodside Village.

Surviving members of her family include her daughters:  Renee (Larry) Machart, Grand Forks and Pam (John) Davis, Pinehurst, ID; 3 grandchildren:  Chad Machart, Tracy Handy, Amanda Mulligan; 4 great grandchildren; 2 brothers:  Edwin and Vincent; and 4 sisters:  Katherine, Florence, Pauline and Barbara.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson Jason,  7 brothers and 2 sisters.

FUNERAL SERVICES:   11:00 a.m. Friday, February 22, 2019 in the Bakke Funeral Chapel, Larimore.

VISITATION:  One hour prior to the service.

INTERMENT:  Bellevue Cemetery, Larimore, ND
