Olive was born November 17, 1922 at Sweet Spring, Missouri, the daughter of Oliver and Lois (McDonald) English. She married James Stout, Sr. and was employed as a public school nurse.
Local survivor is her son James (Kathy) Stout, Jr., Larimore.
