Raymond Arthur Nemoseck, Jr.

Raymond Arthur Nemoseck, Jr. age 64, of rural Northwood, ND, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at his home.

Raymond Arthur Nemoseck, Jr. was born on September 9, 1954 to Raymond, Dorothy, and big sister Marcia (Maddox) Nemoseck in the steel country of Charleroi, Pennsylvania.  When he was 6 years old  his family moved across the country to southern California.  When he was a senior in high school his family moved  up to the San Bernardino Mountains where he graduated from Rim of the World High School in 1972.  In October of 1973 he joined the Air Force, and on March 30, 1974 he married his high school sweetheart Susan (West) Nemoseck.  He and his wife were blessed with two children, Jennifer, born in 1977, and David, born in 1981.  The Air Force assigned them to several different military bases, the most exotic of which was Yakota AFB, Japan.  His last duty station was Grand Fork AFB, ND, where he retired in 1993, and made North Dakota their home.

He is survived by his wife Susan, his daughter Jennifer (Doug), his granddaughter Gwynevere, his son David, his mother, Dorothy, his sister Marcia and family, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

FUNERAL SERVICES:  2:00 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 at New Testament Baptist Church in Larimore, ND.

VISITATION:  One hour prior to the funeral in the church.

INTERMENT:  Bellevue Cemetery, Larimore, ND

MILITARY HONORS:  Grand Force Air Force Base Honor Guard.
