Robert "Bob" Alan Kaminski, Sr.

Robert (Bob) Alan Kaminski Sr. was born February 20, 1956 in Gouverneur, New York the son of Theodore and Margaret Earl Kaminski.  Bob graduated from Harrisville Central High School in Harrisville, NY.  Following graduation, Bob enlisted in the United States Air Force.  While stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada he met Susan Slagus. Bob and Susan were united in marriage on March 19, 1983.  To this union, 5 children were born.

Following the death of Susan, Bob met and was united in marriage to Toni Mutcher on August 6, 1999.  They resided in Larimore, North Dakota.  Bob loved to hunt, fish, golf, and camp with Bud Light, friends and family.  He had a knack for always making people laugh with his sense of humor and Chuck Norris impressions. He will be greatly missed.

Bob, age 62, passed away at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND on Saturday, April 21, 2018 surrounded by his family.

Bob is survived by his wife Toni; 5 children: David (Kim) Kaminski of Dickinson, ND; Theodore (Michelle) Kaminski of Larimore, ND; Mikki (Matt) Behm of Larimore, ND; Robert Kaminski, Jr. of Grand Forks, ND; Rebecca Kaminski of Grand Forks, ND; six grandchildren: Alexandra, Tenley, Tansyn, Nolan, Hunter, and Brooks; brother Daniel (Sue) Kaminski of Harrisville, NY; sisters Elizabeth (Bob) Sochia of Lowville, NY and Catherine Kaminski of Harrisville, NY; Aunt Linda Earl of Harrisville, NY; many nieces and nephews.

Bob is preceded in death by his wife Susan, his parents and grandparents.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 26th at 2 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to service at St. Stephens Catholic Church in Larimore.  Rev. Father William McDermott will officiate.

Military Honors will be accorded by the Ted Valerius Post 97 of the Larimore American Legion, and the Grand Forks Air Force Base Honor Team.
